BERNARDUS PREMIUM ROSE

About this Bernardus Premium rosé:

• Vineyard: Château la Coste
• Grape: Grenache, Syrah, cabernet sauvignon and cinsault
• Year: 2023
• Taste profile: This wine is fruity with notes of red cherries, strawberries, raspberries, and peaches. You can also taste spices and green herbs such as rosemary and thyme. Additionally, there's a hint of lavender.
• Vinification: Following a dry and hot summer the grapes were
  harvested at optimum maturity as of the 1st of September.
  Low temperature pressing with gas inerting. Must
  fermented and short matured in temperature controlled
  stainless steel vats on fine lees to preserve freshness and
  fruits aroma. Bottled from January to April 2024.
• Wine region: Coteaux D'aix en Provence
• Food combination: Delicious to enjoy on a sunny terrace. Also pairs well with salads and light dishes, or a mix of various light tapas.
