• Taste profile: What a great wine! Cherry fruit, plum, vanilla, rose, pepper and tobacco. This is a solid red wine for the real connoisseur. Despite its intensity, this Rioja still has stimulating acids. The spices and the full fruit make the wine taste delicious.
• Vinification: They harvest by hand. Strict control at the selection table, then they soak the grapes with their skins. The fermentation process starts automatically and the skins float to the top. Gently pumping and stirring the wine ensures that the wine already develops its dark color and strong taste in the base. Maturing for 24 months on 225l French and American oak. Then filtered and a further 36 months of bottle aging.
